So, Superman has been doing some walking in rehab with the help of a lift. He also has the ball in the picture that motivates him to move. On Friday he did a lot of walking with mine and his PT assistant. I am proud of the progress he making.

Superman says thank you!
Superman wants to say a big thank you for the wonderful donations that Michelle Belle collected to make our stay at the hospital more bearable. A big thank you to all that donated the wonderful gift cards, the parking passes, the check, snacks, and everything else. It is much appreciated. Please continue to pray for my Superman and send positive thoughts. Superman says thanks for all the love.

Thanks for all the wonderful cards and ornaments from marley middle school and the Acc classroom. Also a big thank you to Drink at the well for the Christmas card. Superman is doing okay today. He was having some problems with dstating this morning when the removed the bypap this morning. So they put him back on it. Thank you all for the prayers and positive thoughts. Please continue to pray for my Superman. Merry Christmas eve to everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas tomorrow.
Update on Superman!
So Superman is running a fever again. The seizures are back again. They are not sure what is going on now. Running a lot of tests again. So, Thursday or Friday afternoon when he was getting his deep suctioning he aspirated and they think that might be the cause of the fever. They are trying to get the ball rolling to get him on the epidiolex the cbd approved medication. Oh not mention his room was moved again. Once again I am asking for prayers and positive thoughts. Thanks for all the love for my Superman.
Presents and cards!!🎄🎁
So Superman has been receiving Christmas cards. They only check the mail once a week. But yesterday he received a present from someone and it was a special gift. Thank you so much you know who you are. Superman loves it. I will post more pictures later with his gift when he is more awake. They had to up his seizure medications again and now all he wants to do is sleep. Thanks to everyone who has sent cards also thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. He is continuing to make progress.
💜Update on Superman 💜
So, Superman had his breathing tube removed today but it didn’t last too long they had to put it right back in because he wasn’t ready for it to come out. They took him off his rubinol which is for drooling. They put him back on it today. To help with all the secretions. They said they would try again in a couple days. We have been here since Halloween so that makes it twelve so far. I wish they figure something out. Especially what is causing the fevers. Still no explanation for them. They have done almost every test they can think of. They are calling him a mystery. I don’t know what to think about that. I wish they would figure something out and bring my Superman back to me. Please continue to pray and send positive thoughts. Thank you!
Update on Superman!
Superman is slowly coming out of the sedation coma! His poor body is all out whack. He has been given insulin because his sugar has been high. The medication take a toll on his body. Yesterday they had him on ketamine drip which raised his blood pressure, so they had to stop it. One good thing is his are stable for now. Hopefully they stay that way.
Another update on Superman!!!
He is starting show signs of waking up. His right pupil is responding to light finally. His left pupil is still a little dilated from them checking his eyes to make sure it wasn’t bleeding behind it. He has been having spikes on the eeg but they still seem to be seizure activity. I will know more once neurology team does rounds. One again thanks for all the prayers and positive thoughts. I just ask for continued prayers and positive thoughts. 💜
Superman is finally home!!!
Superman finally got released today. Don’t he looked thrilled to be home. I am one happy mom, but exhausted though. I need at least 10 hours of sleep. So, we still never found out the cause of all the seizures. All the test came back negative. The not knowing the cause is scary but hopefully everything is under control now. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes for Superman. ❤
Coffee
So his sister came home with Dunkin Donuts coffee the other day and Superman always attacks her for it. He loves his coffee. This is the result of him drinking coffee.
