Dylan actually had a good time at his party. He managed to stay awake the whole time. Last year Superman slept through his party! It turned out to be a wonderful day and Superman enjoyed himself.

Dylan even rolls his eyes now waiting for the lift to come down. This is so ridiculous having to wait to put him in a wheelchair he doesn’t even need because he walks. They had trouble with the lift this morning. We had to wait while they fixed it. So me and Dylan was standing at the door to come out and the bus driver said take your time because they are having a problem with the lift. Dylan heard her say that and he rolled his eyes. So I believe he is getting fed up with the crap we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Kennedy Krieger visit!

Dylan was acting silly at his VNS appointment. He thought is was okay to eat the paper off the waiting table. Then he posed for a picture laying on the table after he tore the paper all up. The last picture he was laying on a couch in the waiting area.

VNS surgery

The surgery went well. By the time got to go back to recovery my little Superman was awake. He was ready to go home after he drank his apple juice. Now time to go home and rest.

VNS Battery Change

This guy has to have his battery changed again in his VNS. He went for an appointment today and the VNS therapist could not even get a reading on it so they are going to change the whole thing out to a newer model that detects an increase in his heartbeat and it will zap the seizure or lesson the seizure. He goes next Tuesday to have it changed. So keep him your prayers.

Dylan got the superman hat for Christmas and he got the new Maraca. It is hard to buy stuff for Dylan because he has different needs then most children his age. He likes to spin stuff, like the old house phone he loves play with.

At Dylan’s school they started this program to earn tickets for good behavior. So, Dylan earned tickets to go Christmas shopping and this is the gift he got me. This is the second year they have done this. It is awesome idea for the children. He got the queen part right. Haha just joking.
